PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (KVKK) CLARIFICATION TEXT

As ÜÇEL APRE BOYA TEKSTİL SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data as a data controller. In this context, we act in accordance with the Law in all processing and transfer of personal data of individuals contacting our Company.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed within the framework of the processing conditions specified in the Law and for the following purposes:

Execution and development of textile dyeing, finishing, washing, and fabric preparation services provided by our Company,
Managing customer relationship processes and maintaining communication activities,
Preparation of offers, samples, and orders in line with your inquiries,
Fulfilling legal obligations and meeting data sharing requirements requested by public institutions.

2. Processed Personal Data

Within the scope of your communication with our Company (via website forms, phone, or email), the following data may be processed:

Identity Info: First name, last name, company name.
Contact Info: Phone number, email address.
Security Log: IP address, user logs.
Message Content: Any personal data you voluntarily provide in the contact form message box.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data will only be transferred to legally authorized public institutions, judicial authorities, or information technology subcontractors that support our infrastructure, with necessary security measures taken. Your data is not transferred abroad.

4. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through website forms, phone calls, emails, or business relationships established physically. The legal reasons for collecting this data are "directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract" and "mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation" under Article 5 of the Law.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you may apply to our Company to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used appropriately,
Know the third parties to whom they are transferred in Turkey or abroad,
Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
Request deletion or destruction under the conditions provided by the Law.
